오전 6시경 아부다비공항에 도착 후 호텔로 바로 이동해서, 피곤한 상태였는데 오전중으로 체크인이 가능하도록 해줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 근무하는 분들 모두 친절하고, 주변에 슈퍼마켓, 식당, 은행 등 편의시설도 많습니다. 택시기사에게 호텔이름만 얘기하면 바로 알아서 잘 찾아갈 정도로 인지도가 있는 호텔입니다. 수영장 풀이 조금 작은것을 제외하고는 모든게 만족스런 호텔입니다. 재 방문의사 100%

방도 크고 깔끔하며 항상 에어컨이 켜져있어서 시원하게 지냈습니다. 다만 위치는 쇼핑몰이나 관광지에서는 조금 떨어져있어 택시를 타고 이동해야 합니다. 그외에는 만족합니다.

추천하는 호텔
호텔은 굉장히 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 다만 샤워장 하수관이 막혔는지 물이 잘 내려가지 않아 샤워장 밖으로 물이 넘쳤습니다. 세숫대야 또한 물이 잘 내려가지 않았습니다. 이 점이 아쉬웠고 나머지 서비스에 대해서는 괜찮았습니다.

빠른 체크인을 해줌 추가금없이 경유인지라 걱정햇는데 잘처리해주고 라마단 기간이라 식사 걱정을 햇더니 조식을 제공함. 다만 외국인을 배려한 음식이 없어서 냄새에 예민하면 못먹을 것 같고 같이 간 친구는 잘 먹었습니다. 아랍권사람들이 많이 이용하는 호텔인듯 합니다

Perfect place for girl's weekend get away. The interior matters, makes you feel like princess. Clean rooms and very relaxing atmosphere though the hot water for bath was not there.

Be wowed and stay here. The ornateness of well, everything including the lifts stirs senses. The smell of Rose when you walk in the foyer is mesmerising. As staff match the surroundings with their service, their smile and their helpfulness. You probably won't want to leave the hotel but if you do the handiness to a whole lot of restaurants is wonderful.

Likes: I was particularly enamored with the property's prime location and the grandeur of its lobby area, accentuated by a magnificent chandelier. The rooms boasted ample space and featured exceptionally comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, the breakfast offerings provided a satisfying array of options, while the café presented a commendable menu, including enticing brunch and snack selections. Dislikes: Regrettably, my experience was marred by the demeanor of the front desk/reception staff, notably the male attendant on the afternoon of February 25th. Upon our arrival, fatigued from an overnight flight, I simply requested a glass of water. Rather than extending a gesture of hospitality, I was directed to purchase a bottled water from the onsite café, a gesture I found disconcerting for a reputed 5-star establishment, especially considering that complimentary water is typically provided in guest rooms. Later that day, as we prepared for our excursions, I observed other guests being offered refreshing rose water drinks upon check-in. This discrepancy in treatment left me perplexed and somewhat dismayed, as I questioned why such a disparity in guest experience existed, and why we were not afforded the same courtesy. Comparative Experience: Having frequented numerous Hilton properties in the past, each of which consistently met and even exceeded my expectations, this particular establishment unfortunately fell short of the esteemed standards I have come to

Overall our stay was great. Staff was very helpful. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. The hotel had a lot of amenities which was nice although we didn’t use them all. We had one meal at the hotel which was fine for the convenience but we elected to get the rest of our meals elsewhere.

The hotel is a little bit old, but the room is clean. The floor of the wash room is very slippery when gets wet, need caution. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The valet parking is also helpful. Very convenient with a reasonable price. Highly recomended.

The Valet parking is scandalous. On average, it takes them 30 minutes to bring back your car, causing a huge mess. The hotel is not frequented by classy people, but in terms of value for money and cleanliness, it is definitely convenient. It recently joined the Hilton chain.

Not the best breakfast. Great location and friendly staff. Small pool. Bling hotel experience and not latest style.

I was there for over 3 weeks. It was ok, staff were kind. But I would no say that this a 5 star hotel. Also, as I go to Abu Dhabi very often. I do not think I would stay at the royal rose again. However, if you are looking for a a place that has quick access to the city and not worried about all the little things. Then is a good place to stay. Overall it was not that bad, I have seen a lot worse, overall I would say 2.5 out of 5.

Hotel elegate dallo stile classico. Camere ampie. Piscina sul terrazzo, peccato che non si vede la città. La zona un poco decentrata.

Très belle escale dans cet hôtel magnifique, tout était très beau et spacieux. Le personnel très serviable et aux petits soins notamment ce groom black d’une gentillesse infinie et qui faisait l’effort de nous parler français et qui nous a conseillé tout au long de notre séjour. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel très classe et avec un tarif tout à fait raisonnable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci à vous !

The design has an unusual taste
The design has an unusual taste – occasionally delightful and luxurious, but sometimes unattractive. There's a need for an update, especially with items like the iron and scale that seem outdated, giving the impression of a hotel frozen in time rather than a modern 5-star establishment. Unfortunately, the gym and pool have inconvenient opening and closing times. Additionally, the internet falls short of the expected standard. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently situated near many attractions.

not worthy of 5 star
Weird taste of design, nice and luxurious at times, ugly at other times. They need to renew many things, like the iron and the scale ( maybe from 40 years ago) so doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel sadly opening and closing times for gym and pool are very unconvenient. Sadly even the internet isn't as good as it should be All in all, they are located fairly near from lot of things

Highly recommend.
This place exceeded my expectations. It's located downtown.. not exactly at the corniche but within a walk to the abu dhabi mall and taxis are easy and cheap to go anywwhere anyway. It's very well maintained and quite luxurious. Staff are extra helpfull and seem genuinely friendly. The only thing I didn't like so much was the breakfast but the rest was really great.
