Surprisingly ultra clean and comfortable rooms!
Stayed here for 12 hours as part of a long layover. Rooms were generous sized with quality linens, very clean bedroom and bathroom, contemporary style and equipped with enough amenities we didn’t need to ask for anything more.

The hotel, itself, is very nice. KNOW YOUR HOTEL! Note that they have at least 3 options in the Abu Dhabi airport: this one, Premier Inn and GoSleep (sleep pods). Here's the challenge: getting to the right one. I probably spent 1.5hrs walking (at 2am in the morning), because I was originally sent to the Premier Inn...who sent me back to Terminal 1, but my flight departed out of Terminal 3, so they sent me back to Terminal 3 (telling me I had to go through security, and then walk all the way back to Terminal 1). Security at Terminal 3 originally wouldn't let me through because my flight time was too far away (6hrs), but - begging and pleading, later - they let me through. Check in with the (correct) hotel was very simple and the room was nice. Their pricing chart showed a lower price option that wasn't available through Expedia (solo traveler), but bathroom and shower facilities were communal.

We only has about a 5 hour layover but it was so wonderful to have a quiet, clean, private space to rest after a 13 hour flight! The shower was amazing and the beds very comfortable. There were nice little touches like a toothbrush/paste and razor etc. Everything was very clean and comfortable and also surprisingly quiet. We definitely recommend this hotel! Tip: when booking through Expedia, our room reservation only started at 8 am but we landed at 6. I emailed the hotel through Expedia beforehand letting them know and we were able to get into the room earlier.

Located immediately after the security check for arriving flights and before the transfer desk / passport control and baggage claim which is fantastic. Room was spacious and clean, amenities included tea and coffee and bottles of water. Great stay for a very decent price for those who have a long lay over in Abu Dhabi.

We only used it for 5 hours. It is very conveniently located (both for terminal 1 and 3), rooms are clean and have everything that you need. We found it to be a better option than the lounge, especially if you'd like to nap/sleep.

Check-in was terrible! The guy at the front desk did'nt even bother looking at our reservation for the hotel, assumed we were there for the lounge, and had us go back at the end of the line(which was for the lounge). Was rude, on top of that! The place and stay were good, clean and quiet! Good shower

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We were not given our room because we didn’t have our boarding passes. Despite presenting booking confirmation for our 6:00 AM flight, they simply refused. We had to look for some chairs to spend the night. They went as far as saying that even if we had a digital copy of our boarding pass, they would not accept it as they only accept physical boarding passes. Completely worthless management and authorities. On the other hand, this website refused to refund our money claiming the listing specifies the need for a boarding pass which is buried in the “You need to know” section. Absolutely unacceptable.

The check in was seamless and the room was adequate, although slightly expensive, given that local hotels are much less expensive and more glamourous. The negative was that people were super loud in the hallways and the walls seemed paper thin, as you could hear everything, waking you up frequently throughout the night.
