A lovely week spent at tue St Regis. The teams at the hotel, terrace restaurant and the beach club were fantastic throughout our stay. Really welcoming and helpful throughout. We stayed half board and my only comment would be to extend this to the italian restaurant which is also in the hotel. This being restricted to the terrace restaurant only is a bit restrictive and despite having dinner included we had dinner one night in the Italian restaurant to break up the monotony. That being said the food in the terrace restaurant was really good and there we an abundance of options. The breakfast was fantastic and the section just for pastries is more than tempting and certain tastes as good as they look. A lovely week, with great food and fantastic service.

A really excellent hotel with "our" own butler who took care of all your questions and a beautiful beach with lots of space for ourselfes. The invitation to the “Evening Ritual of Champagne Sabering”, where a champagne bottle was decapitated with a sword, was brilliant. The stay there was simply relaxing and wonderful.

Poor checkin
Very poor checkin and checkout process. 20m on each side. Even a budget hotel has better systems to simplify the process. After a long journey the last thing you want to do is wait so long to get to your room. Hotel is nice, albeit a bit dated. Beach club is great but takes 15m walk from room. Catch and service there was 5star. Best part of trip.

Exceptional stay at the St Regis. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of so well. Every single member of staff was so lovely and caring. They made our stay that little bit extra special. The restaurants in the hotel were brilliant too. A family member of ours had specific dietary requirements (no dairy or gluten) and all of the restaurants catered for his. Rooms were great, hotel was just wow. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, you just stay here!

Amazing holiday!! Never has there been such dedicated staff as at this hotel!! From the doormen to the butlers (they come with even the base rooms!) there will never be such devoted staff. Namely Mahoni, Aman, Yyah, Abishek, Nokwazi, but the list is endless!! The food on offer (we stayed half board) is of a superb quality and with so many choices, it would be hard not to be impressed!! The pools are glorious and well staffed for towels, water & to serve your every need. I really could not have asked for more.

Great beach club
Beautiful rooms and the beach club was very nice. Service could be improved, at times the staff were unhelpful - e.g. asked about an atm and they said there was no atm in the hotel but did not mention that there were multiple atms about 100 meters away in the adjoining mall. Service in the bar and the beach club was very good. Overall a beautiful hotel and would stay again

We were 6 couples. 5 of us booked through other apps and cheaper rate. We paid much more and we got the smallest room while all of them got much bigger room. Room wasnt comfortable at all.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here for 11 nights. Our rooms were amazing, so comfortable and clean with the most luxurious bathroom. Every staff member was so very friendly. We were so looked after by the wonderful Vincent and Ankush at the beach. Santosh at the main restaurant who was so very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. The ladies that welcomed us every morning at breakfast with such lovely smiles. We really could not fault anything at this wonderful hotel. Very relaxing time was had by all thank you all so very much.

You’ll love it! Great location!
We had a wonderful visit in Abu Dhabi. The St. Regis exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. So happy we stayed there!

Amazing experience
The service was amazing. The room was outstandin. The bed was just a bit too soft for my taste (I like hard mattresses). We has in room dining couple of times and the food was great.
