Good service . Got upgraded to the flats Got picked up and dropped off for breakfast/ dinner the tv didn’t work , was told I would be moved to another flat . But I was content with not watching TV Cleaning service was daily . Polite lovely people

This is a 5 star property with 4 star prices - wonderful pools, buffets, and service. Right next to US Air Force Base. Safe for kids and families

Pros: clean, quiet, hospitable environment, vast open air areas for walking and picnicking, prayer areas inside the facility and a decent size mosque outside. Cons: Strong air conditioning in the common areas, In-room A/C controller is kind of confusing, music is too loud on the pool area. Not so many dining options around, given the relatively isolated location. However, we used to order food online and delivery was never an issue. Overall a very satisfying and pleasing experience.

The property was old and the amenities were none existent. The location is across from a Camel Farm. It is summer in Doha which means it is 50C every day. The stench was unbearable.

Over-all is good except the check-in timing. We arrive at 3pm (check in time) but it took us almost almost 2 hours to be able to get in the room. I can understand the que during check in because of peak hours but after checking in, they still need to prepare the room for almost 45 mins.

I had 3 beds villa for 2 nights. Im not satisfied about: 1/ Bathrooms was a disaster especially on the main bedroom. The shower was cloaked and flooded. It tooks them a whole day to show and fix it. 2/ The coffee machine was broke. 3/ Main living room air conditioning was very hot. I asked foe maintenance to fix it. 4/ The rental rate exceeds the services value, which needs improvement. 5/ some if the villa lights are damaged. 6/ I tried to bring outside coffee and food stations for my family but the management instead refused & forced us on their food & beverage which were mediocre, disgusting & more expensive. The sealine beach resort - which is by far much better as a facility - were more flexible & allowed us the choice to bring our food stations. Also the whole place smells like a zoo. The staff were very warm and professional(Reception, Housekeeping and maintenance). But for the rates this place impose, it should at least be more accommodating to their customers’ needs & pay extra attention to the poor hygiene or the establishment.

Pros: The property and facilities are very nice. The staff was very nice specially Mr Ahmed and Mr. Mohammed. Sorry if misspelled the names. Cons: Had to ask for bathrobes. TV took 23 days to get fixed. Also I was given a room without full kitchen although the room with kitchen was available. I spent 7 days and a kitchen is a need. All was taken care by Mr. Ahmed. Thanks.

Wow Factor!!

A very warm and welcoming staff in a beautiful lobby area was just the beginning of amazing. Mr Sayeed the manager anticipated my needs and was very accommodating. A true professional when it comes to customer service. I enjoyed watching the children laugh and play freely as the pool staff was very attentive to them. I was impressed to see the hotel went the extra mile to add water slides for the children. Being new to the hotel, I felt like the staff was also very attentive to my needs from start to finish. They have all been eager to assist me in every situation. It was all of the little extras the staff did to make certain my stay was premium. I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.

Nice stay

The property is located at a quiet place away from city hustle and bustle . Good place to unwind oneself . Rooms : clean bedsheet and linen . Our room allocated had a strange odour and when contacted , we were informed that it was due to sanitization . Pools are good however we didnt try it as it was overcrowded during all tbe times . Food served at Tamra restaurant is as per set menu plan . Meal portion is big . However there is no fruits option available for breakfast if you chose Arabic breakfast plan. Property is well maintained , with nice lawns and water fountain in the small pond . It is a good place for a short term stay .

Cleanliness: the room had trash under the bed from previous guests. We also found cooked rice. We asked for additional vacuum cleaning. Room: the was missing amenities. We had to ask for it and they apologized and provided. Mini bar: the mini bar was empty. We had to argue with room service in order to get it refill. The room service agent argument was, mini bar is not for free and people are consuming and not paying ( here I guess it is every hotel problem and the hotel would need to deal with it.....) Breakfast: there is no provided menu for breakfast. After asking, we were provided a room service menu. When we ordered the breakfast, the room service informed the menu does not apply. So we dealt with the order ad-hoc and got provided a non 5stars breakfast. Disappointing. Pool: extremely crowded. People are over the limit. No respect to 1.5meters, no masks, people are wearing normal cloth and not swimwear leading to a dirty pool. Stay: we reserved for 3nights. Our decision to check out from 1st day. From the moment of writing this complaint, we still didn't check out, therefore we don't know what can happen next but we will you know. TV: no English channels kids. Other channels are not working. Entertainment is null. Hotel: due to Corona, only pool is open. No gym, no spa and only 1 restaurant is open.

A relaxing pleasant weekend

The resort is new and a bit far from the city.Quiet and large rooms with balconies,huge pool with children's pool and a big area for walk, lazy river and a lake. The only thing that bothered me was the smell from a nearby camel farms at times so i would suggest they plant fragrant trees and plants like lemongrass, basil etc in abundance as they have got big area for gardens and it will really mask the smell on windy days. The caffe was very good and staff very helpful though they are very busy. It felt like they were short staffed for the overwhelmingly huge number of guests and reception could be bigger. We enjoyed our stay in the room and outdoors and found it to be very relaxing. It is a family friendly dry hotel and villas with private pools are available too. No nearby shops or grocery as such and minibar is very basic. You can have good coffee and karak at the caffe though.

Fabulous stay

The entire stay was amazing. The lady at the reception called Pushpita was so welcoming and explained us about the amenities of the hotels. She also upgraded our stay from a standard room to a villa, which was completely awesome. The hotel has a wonderful staff and rooms are spacious and luxurious. I would definitely come again and would recommend. I will surely visit the resort again

The indoor pool was the ultimate spa-like experience. I do wish there were more timings for couples though. The sauna was out of order while we were there which is unfortunate. Overall I liked this place and will return for another staycation.
