We had a wonderful experience staying here.
Staff has a very helpful attitude. Property is well maintained.
The Mulberry tree restaurant team, including Bhagat Ram ji and Chetan, was particularly helpful. They had a great choice of menu and prepared individualised food for us, including Jain food and food without mirch.
Best value for money and enhanced the joy of our holiday.
Amazing stay. If you are some one who is looking for leisure and experience, this is the property you are looking for. The food is amazing and so are gardens. Without a doubt, best property in Abu
Great comfortable property in Mount Abu, where options are limited, good clean modern bathrooms. Very helpful staff and they made the food to our liking (without added spice).
Like the location, room was spacy. Most of the stay was good. Had run in with restaurant manager twice in one day. Had issues with restaurant management who lacks etiquettes. Stopping a customer while leaving after payment was made because staff didn’t add up the bill correctly. Then constantly peeking around as though I’m stealing silverware. Inappropriate!! Everything else was great!
Nice peaceful atmosphere, staff are excellent, Chetan the waiter looked after our need while we had breakfast and dined in the evening, he was going out of his way to accommodate us. I am well travelled, also been around the world, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I and the family had
Property is nicely managed. We enjoyed lot. Food is very delicious. Room service needs to improve. Premier Room size and bathroom size is small. Check out time should be 12.
The rooms were not too big for the Deluxe category and when the rooms were allotted to us, the bedsheets and the almirah all were a bit smelly. But, on asking them once, they cleaned and sanitised the whole room again and the reason quoted was since it was raining since last 3 days in Mount Abu so the moisture kicked in when the last guests opened the window. Nevertheless, the rooms were comfortable, the food was good, the property is nice. They even put a small swing like cot in our room for my infant. That was a nice gesture. I didn't like their gaming area though. As a gesture of the feedback I provided to them, they provided us with a small chocolate cake after our dinner and that was so tasty. One nice thing about this hotel is its location as it is at the very start of the Mount Abu and you would save a lot of hassle from traffic if you're visiting Mount Abu on weekends. I would suggest not to visit Mount Abu on weekends if at all possible for you. Overall, the stay was good.
