I didn't use the laundry service. The staff was very professional, kind and caring. The air conditioning was too cold and I had to ask to turn it up to make the room less cold. They adjusted the a/c to a more comfortable level for me.

Since the rebranding of holiday inn into some new ownership a significant deterioration! Poor service, the gym a failure… still good located in walking distance to the airport

This hotel is rated as a 4-star property, but it is closer to a 2.5-star experience at best. The staff was very friendly and courteous; however, the facility and guest rooms are in serious need of renovation. Water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, forcing us to use towels to manage the overflow. The room temperature was inconsistent, even though the thermostat settings never changed. The bedding was stained, and the mattress was in extremely poor condition, with visible tears and dark stains. Safety and security were also major concerns. There appeared to be no security presence, and anyone could walk onto the property and sit in the lounge area, making it difficult to distinguish hotel guests from non-guests. There were activities in the lobby that appeared questionable, which further contributed to feeling unsafe. Additionally, the room doors did not have chains or deadbolts, adding to the lack of security. Overall, the condition and safety of the property did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel, and I did not feel secure during my stay.

Close to the airport ok for short stay

Very confortable and clean. Shuttle seevice availaible. The problem.is the breakfast, not a buffet and very slow and limited. Nithing fancy. For the room service no menu available and anyway the phone in the room.was not working. Internet is poor and there is roo much electricity shut downs.

If I'm honest, i was a bit skeptical about booking the property because the reviews weren't amazing, but i went ahead away because the price was decent, it was conveniently close close to the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle, i appreciate the shuttle service being kind enough to wait for me, even though the flight and my baggage was delayed The check-in process was smooth, after it was long flight and the gentleman, Paul, who assisted me was very helpful Loved the room, very modern and comfortable with a good view My personal favorite was the food and the cafe, its Great for meetings with good Wi-Fi They have ice cream, which is a nice touch The Lamb chops i had for lunch was great, cooked to perfection. it reminded me of the one i had in New York earlier this year, and that caught me by surprise! Overall, an extremely pleasant stay, Thank you to All!

Good hotel for business trip with few points to i

After having published my first evaluation, the hotel reacted and did modification regarding the breakfast and offer now a buffet. I trust they will imprive again with this mindset. The only negativ point for me is the room service. The menu is a bit limited and meals are often not available. I ordered 4 times and they did mistakes 3 times. Not to mention that it is extremly dlow 45mn to 1h15. I decided to eat outside as much as possible. This hotel will improve and I will give them a chance again next time. A bit expensive for this prestation but their asset is also the availability of the airport shuttle. Do not accept a first floor room , it is too noisy.The noise is not from outside hotel or the room but ftom the music in the lobby.

I have stayed at this facility multiple times to the point I know most of the staff by their name. The only thing that makes me come back is the convenience to the hotel. But I have to say the service at this hotel is deteriorating by the days it’s incredible how everything is a mess. You always have to call for something. If it’s not toiletries missing, it’s the cleaning not showing up unless you call, it’s the laundry bags that aren’t in the rooms. And for a newly renovated hotel,the walls in some of the rooms are so filthy: it’s just so sad. And now let’s come to the kitchen. When you order food, plan for an average wait time of 90 minutes and that if you are lucky they bring everything you order. Staying at this hotel is a constant frustration. I have decided after my patience being tested over and over again, to never lodge at this facility ever again when am in Ghana.

We were scheduled to be at the airport at 5 am and requested the shuttle take us. At 445am they were still looking for the key to the shuttle I which they never found. They took us to the airport in one of the employees very small car. The chef was the only employee that had passion. He not only served us breakfast but took us to the airport.

My experience was disappointing overall. The reception team was not very helpful during my stay. I was initially placed in room 622 where the air conditioning wasn’t working. Despite several complaints, the issue wasn’t resolved until my final night when the maintenance team, who I truly appreciate, arranged a room change. Additionally, the fridge in my room was non-functional, with the power cord visibly cut off this also wasn’t changed until I went again to complain. There needs to be proper communication from the team especially when one makes a complaint and there’s no solution. My room did not have any hotel contact information or number card to call the hotel or even room service menu. If I needed assistance, I had to leave my room from sixth floor and go all the way downstairs, which was very inconvenient. There also seemed to be poor coordination around airport transfers. With multiple guests needing to leave at the same time, the situation was made worse when the driver couldn’t locate the bus keys, causing unnecessary delays. Please do better as the guest experience is a Big No for me.
