“The location was great but the hotel itself was disappointing. It has a lovely beach but it wasn’t kept clean. Toys and items of trash were still there the following 2 days. The chairs were never straightened and no umbrellas were provided as stated in the advertising. I guess maybe it isn’t there tourist season yet? We assumed they would be ready Memorial Day weekend. “Everything was great except breakfast, which sub-par. A few bagels, cereal, oatmeal amd plain yogurt from a machine. Nothing hot except the coffee.”

“This could be a beautiful historic property with the right ownership, but it is clear that the current owners do not care for the property at all. Front fountain is broken and full of gross pond water, sign is dingy and cracked, elevators filthy and in disrepair. Front lobby looks beautiful (otherwise I would not have even checked in) but the rest of the property is really dumpy.
