Never again!! They gave us a dirty room that still had poop in the toilet, unmade dirty bed, dirty floors. They did give us a new room, it was clean but it stunk of mold and old dirty carpet, one of beds bedding had old blood stains on it and our neighbors had dogs who barked allnight!!

After I checked in and went to my room I was very disappointed because the room and area did not look as the photos online. False advertising and the bed had hair in it, looked as if someone has been in the bed the bathroom tub was dirty and smelled. I asked for a refund and found another hotel. The staff on duty was helpful and very welcoming but this hotel is falling apart. The awning at the front was in disrepair.

Room 134 heater doesn’t work. Room 120 shower/tub fixture leaked to the point it was under the bathtub. You could feel it squishing under the tub. Overall the breakfast was good and the facilities were kept clean.

I have been in hiteks across the US for many years and found this one is rare for a hitel in the price range. Older hotel room, but had everything and more you need for a room. The most common being microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. But it had extras which makes it stand out. The TV had options to hookup to your Netflix and Vudo account, so you can watch movies without commercials. The room had an iron and ironing board to help make you look share for any soecial event you have planned. A doughnut shop literary in the same building for a quick breakfast. A heater that actually HEATs the room fairly quickly. Fast check in as the night auditor used my information i pre-checked the room with through Expedia. I didn't have to get everything out of my walket to prove it was me. Just a quick glance at my license and sign one puece of paper and i was checked in. Only complaint is the matress is rather hard. But for many that is a plus. Most importantly it is quiet, considering just off a main artery.

When checking in, because I was a local they made me put down a deposit. The length of time it took to check in was long, when I just wanted to get off my feet and relax in the pool. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, even more so when the toilet ran all night long, very loud, and unfixable by myself. The next morning, the breakfast was really good and housekeeping was a very friendly and apologetic for the cleanliness of the room, explaining that they were very short staffed. The pool was great, kind of making up for the rest of the crappy stay.

The lady’s up front was nice and courteous! The room had dead bugs in bathroom, and the office chair in room had a missing wheel! I didn’t realize it and sit down in the chair and fell backwards cause of the missing wheel.

There were no cups in the room. There was a coffee maker but nothing to put it in. No liner for the ice bucket. No garment bag for dirty clothes. The bedding had a suspicious red stain. The doorknob on the bathroom nearly came off in my hand and my daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the doorknob wouldn't turn. Overall we were not impressed. The breakfast was acceptable but that was about it.

Awesome service!
I woke up Saturday morning, cold. The heater had stopped working. I called the front desk and in LESS than an hour they had already come, switched the unit out with a new one and the room was warm! Talk about service! There are fancier more expensive hotels in Ada but Quality Inn gives me the best value for my dollar and I enjoy staying here. Occasionally I’m lucky enough to get to visit with the owner/manager. I always enjoy speaking with them. They are sincere in wanting to make their guests comfortable.

$100 extra charge
Not a bad place. The only thing I really had issues with was that they charge a $100 to your credit/debit card, because they didn't have me in their computer. This is on top of the $ paid on the hotels.com site. She told me I would get it back, which I did 7 business days after my stay. So be forewarned that the $100 is not a hold, they charge it to your account. Make sure you have extra $in your account, and don't need that money for at minimum of 5 days after your stay.

This is the first time I have something negative to say. I accidentally left one shoe there (brand new, first time wearing) I tried for several days to contact them about retrieving my shoe. They finally told me , yes, the housekeeper found it but she threw it away. One shoe left behind is clearly by accident. Why immediately throw it away? Ultimately it’s my fault. I’m just disappointed by their lack of customer service/list items.

Pet Friendly at a good rate.
I stay here whenever I’m in town. This was the first time bringing my fur babies. The pet fee is a decent rate so I’ll probably bring them more often.

The sheets and pillowcases were clean but the spreads had spots on them. Looked like they had not been cleaned. The paint in the pool was coming off. You had to walk in gravel to get to the pool itself so you were not able to go barefoot. The outdoor furniture needed painting and the patio was wood that needed redoing. I was not happy at all. Will not go back there.

The hotel is outdated but it was ok needs to be a deep cleaned It wasn't nasty just places could have been cleaned a little better. The pool was great and the staff were nice
