"The room was clean and tidy but a bit worn, cupboards not shutting fully, settee was marked, TV in bedroom did not work. Wifi was useless as sometimes you could log on but the signal was too weak to use. Other times you could not even log on. Staff could not help just gave me another password for the same Wifi. Meals in the restaurant were great and the staff friendly."

"We stayed here the night before catching the bus to Monarto Safari Park. We were upgraded to a high corner room with great views over the city and out to the Hills. The room was quiet and dark at night with a comfortable bed. The location is really good, close to shopping, restaurants and public transport. There's even an excellent supermarket across the road."
