Newer property in Adelaide, walkable distance to rundall mall, tram, central market, Chinatown, casino, etc Decent sized conformable room and nice bathroom. Good gym, has guest laundry and happy hour drink specials. I didn't try the breakfast, but plenty of cafes nearby to grab a coffee, breakfast. Restaurants are max 10 min stroll away, including shops and supermarkets. Staff are sparse at front desk and inexperienced.

The room was spacious, clean (although you need to ask for room cleaning and even hand towels); linen clean and comfortable, the king bed is actually 2 twins put together & may create a gap.
