"Staff took them to check us in, etc. then waited until we are all checked in and unloading kids and luggage to inform me that they have no hot water for showers or anything. I asked for clarification thinking I heard wrong. Nope. Entire building was out of hot water indefinitely. It was now after midnight and I had crying children and one that needed cleaned up and no where to go. It took an hour of calling around to find another hotel an hour away with room for us. My husband had all ready taken one load to the room and it was not very clean either. We gathered our things and checked out, being told they couldn’t refund us. For a night we couldn’t even stay due to their lack of facilities. Still working to actually speak to a manager despite many phones calls and emails. "

"Great place to stay for the price. There is no elevators, stair access only to second and third floor. No coffee make in room, glad I brought my own :) 3rd floor smelled like vape or cig smoke on one day. Staff very nice and pleasant. "
