Excellent splurge location for a couple. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip and loved it. The service is great, breakfast is excellent with amazing views. Its a good location to get out and explore the area. I do recommend eating dinner elsewhere and I will review the Mom restaurant in another google review.

The hotel is unique - it has a position on a hill overlooking on all sides the sea and the gardens are beautifully kept. There is space to wander around a beautiful beach and though you know you are there with other people a space and tranquility too. This is such an amazing hotel. It’s modern, clean, the breakfast is excellent, the staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s an easy walk into the town if you are able, otherwise it’s a very quick taxi ride. I have stayed at other five star hotels in Greece and this one definitely earned its five stars. We stayed in a sunrise room and it had all the mod cons that you would need. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was excellent. I really liked the fact that it had air conditioning and a fan in the ceiling in the bedroom so you could regulate the temperature to your liking. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Minos Palace is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff and top notch service. The hotel was able to arrange a taxi for us from and to the airport. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a nicer sea view, received a very warm welcome with a welcome drink and tour of the hotel. The food is excellent, every staff member is very friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic - spa, restaurant, lounge area with live music & DJ, pool, beach, and wellness activities like yoga and sound baths. It's also a short walk to the town. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, and would easily stay here again. Thank you to the team at Minos Palace!

The hotel is wonderful. Good food and beautiful views. Check in however is painful. They sit you down, make you fill out this whole thing on an iPad and the nice lady was trying to get us to go eat before going to the room. It was 21:30 after a long travel day and I just wanted to wash my face and take my shoes off. It would be ideal if you just hand over your passport and card, and have them fill out the info and hand you a key card. The balconies could use a bed or ottomans to put your feet up.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Minos Palace Hotel and want to extend my gratitude to the staff for making my visit unforgettable. The serene atmosphere allowed me to truly relax, and the tasteful renovation added a fresh, authentic touch. The main pool offers breathtaking sea views, and the rooms with private pools are charming and comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Marianna, for their exceptional kindness and support. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel offers many beautiful spots with stunning views. The beach and lush surroundings surpassed my expectations, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. I am eager to return to this incredible place. Thank you again to everyone at Minos palace Hotel!

I and my daughter have been to this hotel 3 times. This time the rooms had been upgraded and it was even better. The view from the Zen room was fabulous and the general vibe is understated, sophisticated and relaxing. Its not a fun party place - although the staff are fun and always friendly. Its a beautiful place - fabulous natural surroundings and I will return next year. The only issue was with guests in family groups blocking sunbeds which mean that even if you get up early all the beds have towells on and nobody shows up until after breakfast finishes at 1030. There are notices out to say dont do this but there is not any real consequence for those that do. still this was not on every day and didnt really spoil our trip.

Hotel has a nice facility but the employees seem not to be treated very good thats why you see the same person almost 24hrs without energy Breakfast ha a variety but nothing really tastes very good nothing suberp therefore we were not impressed also coffee must be much better Waiters in the main restaurant do not understand or note down the orders and they seem here also exhausted unfortunately, thats why you dont feel comfortable to make orders (it was not even high season a we went in May!) Gym is the poorest equipped i have ever seen and we are now talking about a 5 star sea residence very disappointing. Tennis was for free which is a plus General restaurant prices crazy expensive - i would say i ate in Mykonos cheaper than in this hotel also drinks are incredible high. Facility is beautiful and the garden was spectacular Also the beach are with the almost private beds on the seaside was special and unique

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, the property was spotless, architecture gorgeous, environment serene. It felt like a spa stay; the spa itself was nice though maybe not worth it for just the drop-in pools (the ‘sauna’ especially). It was walking, albeit a good 30-40 min, distance to town which was filled with cute cafes, shopping and fantastic dinner spots. The water was pristine, loungers comfy, beach bar perfect. Only thing I’ll say is that it lacked a personal touch.. we actually got engaged there on our first morning and then extended our stay an additional night, sharing the news with the desk staff when we did, he complimented my ring but that was that. Of course I wasn’t expecting free comps or any fireworks but you’d think they’d send a congratulatory drink or a piece of cake or just something to celebrate this occasion. It felt quite removed, didn’t matter though we were just elated!
