“If I didn’t have reservations at a different island, I would’ve stayed my whole vacation at this hotel and on the island of Agistri. The owner and the staff are very kind, generous, respectful, positive and always smiling …. The authenticity of this hotel is breathtaking. Being here gives a sense of peace and calmness. There’s so much positivity and good vibes in this place. I more than highly recommend it. ”

“Koukounari apartments is a quiet place in Skala, really closed to shops, restaurants and beaches. The rooms are clean and elegant. Three highlights: the kindness of all the staff, the tips of Silia, at the reception, she will help you with almost everything and the restaurant is really good. Recommended! ”

“The hotel staff members were all very courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. A beach view from the balcony was a plus. Wish that part of the view was not to a vacant lot next to the hotel where trash was dumped though. That seemed to take away the beautiful water view. Other than that, we liked the hotel very much snd would love to come back.”

“Great place to stay. Staff was great, in a great area. The main area of the hotel also includes a beautiful pool, bar and restaurant. Five minute walk to skala beach and close to skala port. Multiple bike rental shops around too. Great area to stay in and a good room.”

“Ein sehr nettes 2* Hotel mit freundlichen Menschen. Supersauber. Leider habe ich kaum geschlafen, weil für mich die Matratzen viel zu hart war... Der Strand auf den Bildern ist direkt vor dem Hotel, allerdings ist es ein öffentlicher Strand, an dem man die Liegen/Schirme bezahlen muss und Konsumationszwang hat - und man muss früh da sein, weil sonst alle Liegen belegt sind. Grundsätzlich aber gut, sehr sauberes Wasser.”
