Good hotel with good price
Good hotel with good price. I enjoyed my staying here alone. However, the sink drain of bathtub was not so fast enough. Also it was little bit tricky to find the way to the hotel. Except these, it was definitely good hotel to short stay.

The hotel is located really close to main attractions, little confusing how to get to the main entrance but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available. Room was clean and quiet.

In one word: splendid hotel!
This hotel make people (staff). Very good, professionals, kind, patient and great communicators. This hotel is clean, peaceful and offer very convenient price for value. Me and my wife spent here really nice three nights.

Excelente hotel y personal.
El hotel es bastante comodo y limpio, el personal es bastante agradable y colaborador, el checking y checkout sin contratiempos, el pueblo es muy agradable y bonito, lo recomiendo 100%.

It’s alright everything is as described and the staff is really kind. Unfortunately some other guests did not approve the effort of the staff and break sleep.

This hotel is in good location for festival. Good size modern rooms, well equipped. The roof top bar & breakfast dining area are a bonus with spectacular views across Agueda

Stayed for one night as I was passing through the area. Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. I just wished they’d had a iron that I could have used. Overall a good experience.

Le séjour fut parfait comme d'habitude, mais l'arrivée m'a déçue ! On m'a demandé de régler à l'enregistrement alors que j'avais déjà payé par le biais du site. La directrice s'en est mêlé en me disant que c'était toujours comme ça. je lui ai précisé que nous nous avions fait un vingtaine de nuitées dans son hôtel en 3 ans et que je passais toujours par hotels.com et que je n'avais jamais rien réglé en arrivant. Il était écrit noir sur blanc en français que c'était payé et j'&ai dû batailler 15 mn avant qu'ils ne se rendent compte que j'avais raison et qu'on était des clients réguliers. mais pas d'excuses pour autant... C'est la 1ère fois que ça arrive, j'espère que ça n'arrivera plus.... Sinon pour le reste, personnel du petit déjeuner et des chambres, très sympathiques, chambre propre et bonne literie.

We visited Aguedo on our road trip through Portugal. Very cozy little town. Driving and parking was easy. The hotel had a spacious garage. Hotel was very fresh and clean. Nice room with comfortable bed. Overall a very pleasant experience

Parfait, on est resté 2 nuits. L'accueil fut chaleureux, la chambre très propre, salle de bain nickel... Quand je viens dans ce coin du Portugal, je dors ici car vraiment top !

Un 4 étoiles vieillissant mais correct
Problème de maintien de l’eau chaude dans la douche. C’est un 4 étoile d’une dizaine d’années et cela se sent dans le service. Par contre, la propreté et l’état général de l’hôtel sont excellents.

A couple of us stayed over night after being at a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to inform them that we wouldn’t be arriving at normal check in time because of the wedding and the receptionist told me it wasn’t a problem. Either way, he took down our names and told us they had staff at the front desk 24 hours. The check in was easy and quick. There was free parking and access to the lobby as well as the rooms. The rooms were clean, we had free breakfast included, and the staff was friendly. I was impressed by the great water pressure in the bathroom because it is rare to find a hotel with it. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is extremely close to the street with umbrellas. I would definitely return.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Assisting us with information about where to go for a bike ride, where to find a bank to exchange currency, to where to buy some inexpensive Portuguese tile. They were more than happy to assist.

Superb central accommodation
Super nice hotel in the center of town. Well appointed rooms, very helpful staff, great breakfast (wow what a view!) and the roof level cafe/bar was good too for a light, inexpensive evening meal. Had a great stay - thanks!
