"I booked this studio apartment at Agate for 5 nights as it was near the airport for work. When I contacted the management two days before check in I was told there was a problem with the apartment and that I would be moved somewhere else, they would only tell me when I arrived in Marrakech. "Liked Kind helpful staff everywhere Room fine Grounds lovely and well kept Food good variety, bbq outside usually good call, pizza nice, breakfast fresh made Moroccan pancakes, adult seating area always had space and was peaceful AI drinks good, beer fine, cocktails made fresh. Orderly lines to get served Other holiday makers good, didn’t see pushing in etc Medina area not as busy etc as I expected. Traders friendly but they are pros so don’t expect great deals! Price was pretty low so overall fantastic value for money. Possibly best vfm I ve had Airport was breeze both ways, straight through although again I recognise has a bad rap and we may have been lycky Not liked Main thing is distance from Marrakesh, need transport to get there. Have free/ cheap coach in (depending on time). We often took taxis but reckon they saw us coming and we paid over but hey!"

"We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort."

"Our 4 night trip to this special place exceeded all expectations . The accommodation and amenities are everything you would expect from a luxury hotel but what sets it apart are the staff . Everyone we spoke to from the Restaurant and Pool staff to the Managers were local people who live in the nearby villages and genuinely love where they work and how they are treated .They are happy to share their own stories and make it clear that they only want the guests to enjoy their experience . We were treated to a room upgrade with magical views . Little things- complimentary mini-bar , free water and ice creams around the pool are great touch’s . The planting throughout the hotel is incredible - we will definately be returning"

"Mia has a great location, stunning views to the dessert, wonderful property, we spend 1 night and despite management was managing crisis due to full new staff, they did their best to overcome the challenge. We had the opportunity to meet with the Hotels Director and Food and Beverage Director that personally involved in the operation to assure customers were properly attended, they have amazing plans for the place, renovating rooms, dining area, pool bar, new cinema, wellness area if all of this gets implemented along with high quality service they are creating a very special place. I would love to return."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish."
