“Es un hotel maravilloso que mezcla lo moderno con lo rural y la elegancia con la sencillez. La habitación es increíble, muy limpia y cómoda. La comida estaba muy buena y el servicio muy atento. Su ubicación es verdad que no hay nada mas alrededor pero si vas a la gomera necesitas alquilar o llevar tu coche. Estamos deseando volver 10/10”

“lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end.”
