We have been cheated . Heritage property in India mean such poor.maintenance ?? I would sincerely request return of at least 50 percent money paid .Horrible havelii though beautiful antiques .
My daughter feeling bitten all oversince last 24 hours . Even I was bitten on face and back and arms with great difficulty we found Very tiny insects...mosquitoes .
Discovered bucket water full of larvae next to flush as health faucet was not working .
Fan over the bed not working on the regulator . Works only on 1 spped or 5 speed .
No mesh in windows so can't air theroom .
Asked for wiper as washroom floor looked unclean and wet but was not supplied with one.
Room does not seem to have been aired and no sunlight hence wary of using their linen. Luckily I pulled out my own linen as my daughter and I are still feeling itchy here in this premises.
Ac working well .
Careraker is good.
Very very poor access of the building by anyone.
Ghe stairs till the first floor are very horrible as they are very narrow and steep . I had a sprained ankle and had a very tough time climbing up and down . Very prone to falling stairs . Had to sleep with all out and two kachhua chaap which are very bad for health.
Please avoid booking especially if climbing is problem as very bad stairs . And please be wary of itchings here . Don't bring children .
The stay at Dodhia Haveli was excellent. Big, comfortable room, wonderful food, and such nice service and help from the staff. Overall great, I would highly recommend it!
