This hotel is extremely special. We stayed in the private spa suite and had our own sauna. The room was stunning, with an amazing view. It was actually better than I expected. Breakfast and dinner was included with the price and both were tasty. Pick a meat option as the vegetable option could have been better. It was my partners birthday and the hotel made it special. The spa facilities are pretty amazing too with everything overlooking the mountains. If I had one suggestion it would be that the sign in the quiet area of the spa was adhered to. The facility has an area where it states that under 14’s shouldn’t enter, families didn’t adhere to this and so there were children around. Only something small for a wonderful stay.

Great stay

Amazing service all around. From the reception, to the restaurants and spa - everyone did everything possible to make us feel great. The only thing I would say needs improvement - are the mattress and pillows.

Essen hat leider sehr lange gedauert und als wir am Abend gegen 20.20 die Bar besuchen wollten wurde uns vom Bartender sehr sehr unhöflich erklärt das ALLES RESERVIERT ist. Wenn das so ist dann sollte man das in der Homepage vermerken das nicht jeder Gast die Hotelbar benutzen darf

Ein 5* Schlosshotel

Ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Grosse , aber, trotz abgeschaltener Heizung, zu warmes Zimmer. Sauna und Poolbereich ist gross und entspannend. Der Service beim Abendessen war etwas unkoordiniert und wirkte durcheinander - 3.Gang vor dem 2.Gang, da der 2.Gang übersehen wurde, der 3.Gang wurde warmgehalten womit die Beilage austrocknete. Das Essen war sehr gut, perfekt in Grösse der Portionen. Beim Frühstück wurde alles geboten. Der Service der älteren Mitarbeiter war genial - hier müsste das junge Personal noch nachgeschult werden auf 5* Niveau, ebenso beim Abendessen.

Fantastic hotel! Swimming pool and spa were wonderful. The view was nice. The only disappointed point is that the dinner serving was so slow. We waited so much time. The other things are great!!

Millenium hotel

Schloss Pichlarn is literally a Millenium hotel, the oldest part of the hotel and the magestic tree at the entrance are 1,000 Years old! The staff are professional and helfpul, the pool and spa are lovely and relaxing, the sport program is great and the rooms well appointed with nice views of nearby mountains, comfortable beds, large bathtubs, bathrobes, tea and coffee! Alles war perfekt - von der Aufmerksamkeit zu unserem Jahrestag über den fantastischen Blick über das Tal vom Zimmer bis zum Service. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Atmosphäre des Hotelkomplexes ist sehr gut. Schnelle und positive Reaktion bei einer Beschwerde wegen Lärm in der Nacht durch andere Gäste. Eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Direktorin. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Innen- und Außenpool und Whirlpools.Tolles Frühstück auf der gedeckten Terrasse (auch bei Regen möglich) mit Lachs und Sekt

5-star Styrian mountainous valley hotel

Beautiful countryside, amazing vantage point, good food, golf club, mountain / countryside biking, pools, gym, spa and good service is what you get in Schloss Pichlarn. It is a remote location but well worth it, it should be a long stay and not a weekend unless you happen to be near, which means within 1 hour of transportation. We visited in summer, I am told it is lovely in winter with the skiing.
