"I had a wonderful stay here. The room « Nora » was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, with an incredible view. Watching the sunset directly from my room felt like a dream. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast was fresh and served on the terrace, which was a lovely way to start the day. In the evening, I enjoyed mint tea while relaxing and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extra amazing — incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. I felt at home very quickly. A truly lovely place. I would definitely recommend it."

"Needs to be cleaner. Soap for shower is inadequate. Shower was cold even after asking for it to be checked. Toilet seat won’t stay up. Water leaks everywhere is you use bidet sprayer. Heater does not work. No garbage pail. I do not understand the ratings for this place."

"The hotel located 10 minutes walking from the CTM bus station, is about 17 walking uphill to the Medina. The hotel is cute, our room is small with very limited place to put our carry ons. the restroom is even smaller. The receptionist, who is the owner’s, is very warm and helpful. "

"This Riad is not near the Medina as was suggested in the listing. It was a 30 minute walk. Not a single person was there, besides us. They were kind, but this Riad was not very hospitable like the others we stayed in. They were not able to assist us very much or suggest anything. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and it was cold and rainy but the heater in the room did not work very well as we needed. It was also more expensive than other Riads which are much better. We hoped more of a connection with the Riad and we did not really get that kind of experience "
