“I never been in such hotel in my life like it’s horrible washroom smells bad nothing there not even coffee or tea you have to buy everything window doesn’t have net on it no air conditioning too hot can’t open window because all the mosquitoes are in the room otherwise.”

“The hotel was lovely, the overall experience was good. However, I have to say that the the staff behind the bar/reception could be a little more enthusiastic and look happier/friendlier as could the staff at breakfast. That being said, I would recommend this hotel. It's clean, value for money. Easy access to the main attractions using SL App. The manager is helping my daughter with an issue regarding her billing in the restaurant and he was very polite and courteous.”
