Akron, Ohio hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Terrible place to stay at, my pregnant wife and I with our 2 children left within 30 minutes and went to book a new hotel. Disgusting, unclean, and smelly. They said they would refund us through Expedia since that's where I booked it through, but are now refusing to pay, staying that there were no complaints from anyone or anything. Terrible place, don't waste your money here."

"I reported a Broken lamp and ac cover. Found someone's belongings under the bed. Our toilet ran. Looks outdated and there were lots of scrapes on walls/furniture. The beds were clean & comfortable. There were NO bugs. The full size fridge was a nice perk. Please clean under/behind your refrigerator. "

"Friendly, smiling staff. Fresh, hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate near the front desk. Fresh, hot breakfast in the mornings. Clean and comfy beds and rooms. Really good hot water pressure in the showers. Nice location. A lot of things within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."
