We stayed in this hotel a few days before this booking and everything went well. This time unfortunately the room had very strong cigarette smell, the staff was very unhelpful, unresponsive and barely looked or talked with us during check in or in other moments. Other than that, it is a good hotel with comfortable facilities and good breakfast.

I loved staying here in Aktau. The staff was so kind and the room was beautiful. Looking out at the sunset over the Caspian Sea on the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. I needed a visa to Azerbaijan printed out and the front desk was happy to oblige. I think Aktau is a great place to visit and recommend more foreign tourists make it a priority. You will have a great time here and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Very nice hotel in the city centre with a huge apartment that has a kitchen and small lounge. Overall very impressed. Nice breakfast as well

Hotel ist sehr OK. Das kaspische Meer ist an dieser Stelle nicht sehr sauber und es riecht ein wenig. Ich habe aber nur übernachtet und war sonst geschäftlich unterwegs.

Nice hotel ..

The hotel is very clean and the food was good at the hotel . breakfast is a bit basic but was very tasty the girls at the desk were very nice and always help us with everything Hotel is a bit far from the beach area, but you can have a great view from the sea at least from the room I had

Great service

Our stay was made wonderful by the very kind and helpful reception staff. As we do not speak Kazakh, they assisted us in every way possible, even offering to talk to people on the phone for us. In particular Regina and Aiman both went out of of their way for us. The great service far makes up for the location on the outskirts of the city.

Hidden gem in Aktau

It was a very pleasant experience, with comfortable and clean rooms. It may not be in the best part of town but Aktau is not a big city so everything is relatively close.
