These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. "We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a senior suite at no extra charge with an excellent view of the port. It was a great room with the only issues being not enough lighting in the bathroom and poor drainage in the shower. The shower head flow was excellent but we had to cut back the flow to avoid overflowing the shower basin. Also, the breakfast is excellent with a great view of the water."
