이번출장시 거의 모든 호텔 예약이 꽉차서 어쩔 수 없이 선택하게 된호텔 위치도 가격도 너무나 맘에 안듦 참고하시길

추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔
직원들 친절도 및 객실의 안락함 등 내부적인 것에는 보통정도의 평점을 주고 싶지만, 호텔 주변의 환경이 매우 열악함. 가격도 싸지 않음.

I have been working 5 years as a consultant, stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I stayed there 4 nights. Some stories: I ordered food as room service and it took me ages as 90% of the menu items were not available. I called laundry service and no one picked up. The reception calls me at 01:00 AM, waking me up and asking me to go downstairs, without explaining why - I was scared to death - and they told me they simply made a mistake with the reservation, putting another’s name instead of my name on the room! Is this a valid reason to wake up a guest at 01:00am? The next day laundry didn’t arrive and the room was not cleaned, unbelievable! In the room there is only one small towel and the furniture is super old. During my following night I hear a huge noise outside, and I realise the fire alarm had gone off. It stayed on for 5 minutes and again, I was scared to death. The hotel was empty. No one told me what to do or if something happened. I couldn’t sleep anymore. When you are in the hotel, it seems to be in an horror movie. 4 stars?? Not even half of a star.

الاضاءة سيئة وبشكل عام نظام الاقامة فيه اقرب لنظام الشقق المفروشة يحتاج اعادة تأهيل للاثاث والنظام العام بشكل عامل .

Very pleasant hotel, good value for money
A good trip, checked in to the hotel at 2am, due to transfers from the airport and the crazy experience getting through Saudi Customs. The hotel were very accommodating, I also needed to check out late, again I was able to check out at 4.45 for no extra cost. The Bufet for £20 i the evening was very good value.

Had to stay there
We were invited to attend a wedding party in the wedding hall next door to this hotel, otherwise I would not stay here. The building has the potential to be better, but with bad maintenance, overused furniture and not renovated then the place would be really bad. I would not recommend it for a friend. The first thing we saw in the suit was a leak from the ceiling flooding the hallway. The towels has torn edges, the TV screens are flickering, some lights and sockets not working, spots in carpet, and broken furniture. Definitely a no no hotel.
