"During my 3-night stay there was no turn down or housekeeping service. I had to call down for fresh towels. There was no bell boy to help with my luggage, and to make matters worse, they charged me $20 for parking everyday even though I didn’t request it, nor did I have a car. And there was also a random $38 charge for “refreshments” and when I explained I hadn’t taken anything from the minibar they said it was for using their chargers. That was so random, especially since I did not use any of their charging cords, as I brought my own.
