"I wanted to share my experience regarding the recent incident. I arrived at the hotel around 8:30pm after a long day of flights, only to be informed that the property was overbooked and that I would need to transfer to another hotel. I was given no real alternative and had to drive myself to a different property, which was significantly less favorable. What was particularly disappointing was that no one offered any form of concession or compensation for the inconvenience, despite the situation being entirely outside of my control. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter, including whether this has been escalated and how you plan to address it."

"Great area and beautiful building "

"Disgustingly dirty, dingy, filthy, smelly! The breakfast food and area are terrible. The hotel smells like marijuana in the evenings. The lady at the front desk…I’m not sure whether she was with me or high on some other planet. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and received a king suite with a pullout couch, definitely not what I wanted. The room was dirty and smelly, bathroom tub, floors, vanity old and dirty. Definitely would not recommend this or ever stay there again. "

"Hotel was decent. Nice breakfast and staff; HOWEVER, there was construction work going on RIGHT BESIDE the hotel which went on LATE INTO THE EVENING and would begin EARLY in the morning (4:30am). This translate into RESTLESS/SLEEPLESS NIGHTS!! There was no mention of this work prior to booking and yet the Hotel establishment was unwilling to accommodate the inconvenience in any way, discounted fare and/or credits for a future stay. After much inquiry this construction has been ongoing for quite awhile and will not be completed for quite a while; therefore, BE WARNED!!"
