"The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I'd give it a full 5 star rating but we had no couch which left not enough sitting space in our room and the walls were a bit thin to block out noise. We slept great though & the hot tub felt amazing! I do want to give a shout out to Dillion who was working at the front desk. There was a VERY upset guest that booked the wrong room type. It was no error from the hotel side but the guest was really getting yelled at and treated very poorly. He remained...
"Friendly staff. Clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which can be awkward. Breakfast was good. The lobby has dark wood which is dated but looks like a lodge. No elevator but entry to rooms as on the inside which is always safer. They allow pets for a fee which means rooms probably had pets before. But it was clean. Close to Great Sand Dunes as you can be. It’s 30 minute away but other than this town, there aren’t closer choices."
