Staff very nice and helpful at all times. Hotel has direct beach access which is awesome! The sunsets are magnificient and can per seen from either the little pontoon at the beach or the beach bar roof terrace.

Dejligt hotel med imødekommende personale.

Det var vores første ferie, det blev til en fantastisk oplevelse, alle stod klar til at hjælpe. Maden var tip top, og værelserne ligeså. Hertil kommer dejlige omgivelser og skønne pool områder mm.

Highly recommended for families with children!

It was a great experience staying in this hotel in general.What we liked: The Area and environment are fantastic! location is really great, as it is easy to notice from the highway and it goes straight to the beachfront. Facilities, such as pools, playing facilities, areas for children, bars are really nice and well organized. Food was really tasty, not like in other all inclusive hotels, when everything is mixed. The whole staff including animation team was really friendly; What we disliked: Rooms were a bit "worn out", we needed to remind the housekeeping to clean the room at least every third day; As an all inclusive hotel, I was expecting to have the towels for the beach for free (With a deposit), but instead you needed to rent the old towel or buy a new one; Internet in the rooms was not free, but this disadvantage turned into advantage at the end, as we were not sticked to our phones all the time; In overall, it was a good 4 * Hotel and I would recommend it to others, especially families with children!

Nie wieder!!!!!!!

Hätte ich gewusst was uns erwartet, wären wir gleich nach Moskau geflogen. Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch oder Deutsch dafür russisch, die Speisen auf Osteuropäer ausgerichtet, das Ambiente, die Animation und das Angebotene im Hotel. Kaum einheimische Speisen, dafür viel Frittiertes und aus der Dose.Wir waren täglich auswärts essen. Man muss früh dran sein am Frühstück,ansonsten wird Essen tütenweise mitgen. Die Sauberkeit einen Katastrophe,sowohl in den Zimmern,als auch beim Essen. Haare in der Dusche nach 7 Tagen entfernt.Vorsicht bei den Getränkeautomaten!!Eine Reinigung findet hier wohl erst nach der Saison statt.Wir haben nur nach Wasser aus der Flasche verlangt. Wer es mag am Strand dicht auf dich zu liegen, ist hier genau richtig, vorausgesetzt man findet eine nicht reservierte Liege. Der Strand ist weder schön noch sauber und wer keine Hornhaut hat, darf auf seine Latschen nicht verzichten bei all den Steinen. Am Wasser angelangt, geht es steil bergab, natürlich auf Steinen und nach nur 5 Schritten steht einem das Wasser bis zu Halse (ich bin 1,63cm), von wegen familiengeeignet. Mit Kritik kann das Personal nicht umgehen, sei es auf das Essen, die Sauberkeit oder die Ehrlichkeit des Personals bezogen, da dreht man sich lieber weg und grüßt nicht mehr oder lästert einfach. Preis-Leistung liegt mit einer Diskrepanz auseinander, wie die Erde zum Mond. Wir zahlten 2100 für 9 Nächte, russiche Gäste zahlten 400 Dollar für 3 Wochen. Das war wie ein Schlag ins Gesicht.

Le personnel est vraiment charmant et l'animation super. Les chambres sont impersonnelles et un peu vieillottes comme l'hôtel qui devrait songer à un petit coup de neuf( tapis taché...). Les piscines sont extra . Le gros point noir de cet hotel est son absence de wifi :-(

loistava hotellikokonaisuus ja hyvä all inclusive

Todella ihana hotellialue, ruoka, altaat, altaiden liukumäet, ranta, pienet kaupat, ohjelmanumerot yms. kaikki tarvittava oli hotellialueella, joten "ongelma" olikin se että malttoiko poistua hotellialueelta ollenkaan. Joka iltainen show olisi voinut alkaa tuntia aiemmin, jotta sopisi paremmin myös lapsiperheille (alkoi vasta klo 22). Mutta kivoja erilaisia show-iltoja joka ilta. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ainoa miinus oli perhehuoneen pienuus ja pahalta haiseva vessan/suihkun viemäri sekä sängyn peitto, joka oli vain ohut päiväpeiton tyylinen lakana. Ei lämmittänyt eikä "tukenut" nukkuessa.

Wir waren mit meine Familie in diesem Hotel eine Woche im August.Es war Sehr leckeres Essen, nettes Personal, sehr gepflegte Top Anlage.Das Hotel ist Familienfreundlich! Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer riesigen Hotelanlage mit Massenabfertigung den Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Personal ist sehr um Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit bemüht! Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.Animation könnte besser sein.Freie Internet gibt es nur in Lobby.Wir waren voll zu Frieden.Werden auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

C'est un superbe hôtel 4etoiles . la réception est vraiment a notre service. L'animation top. Club enfants. La nourriture est extra. Des grillade casi tout les jours..... Ravi de mon séjours je le conseille j'y retournerai en famille.
