Odaya giriş te oda temizliği yapılmamış. Birkaç malzememi dolaba koyup diğer eşyalarımı çantama alıp denize gittim. Akşam geldiğimde antiperspirant sprey boxer ve çoraplar( kısa pantolonun içine koymuştum) yok olmuş. Dolaptaki malzemelerin benim olduğunu söylediğim halde 😀 teşekkürler. Hijyeni ve temizlik açısı heryerde kalırımcılar içindir. ama Konum konum ve ücretten kazanıyor . Mini mini dolap %40 oranında soğutuyor. Kahvaltı peynir yumurta zeytin domates salatalık hazır reçel ve yağ çay meyve suyu ve kahve var. Wifi varsa da girilmicek şekilde. Haziran 2022 ayında 11 sonrası karşıda tadilat var odada duramazsın diğer ay sorun olmayabilir

Худший отель на моей памяти.

Отель удобно расположен, рядом с морем. На этом положительные впечатления заканчиваются. В номере грязно, ноги прилипают к полу. На просьбу убраться в номере, отреагировали с третьего раза на следующий день. После их уборки мало что изменилось, сам взял ведро и тряпку и протер мебель и полы, 5 раз менял воду дочерна грязную. За кондиционер, который входил в перечень при бронировании, запросили 73 лиры в сутки сверху. Обещанного балкона тоже не предоставили. Своего пляжа, как и лежаков тоже кстати нет. Администратор на стойке хам (бородатый мужичок), о клиентоориентированность и речи нет, хотя остальной персонал в целом нормальный. До этого отеля были в 3 разных местах по побережью Турции, в недорогих отелях без звезд, такого бедлама ещё не встречал. Сейчас переехали в другой отель, дешевле этого, выдохнул с облегчением. Никому не советую, редкостная помойка.

ICE COLD ROOMS, MUST PAY FOR HEAT IN WINTER.

The check in was a bit difficult has a miscommunication with the person at front desk but all worked out well. However everything after that was down hill. #1 it is the end of March 21+ outside yet the rooms are ICE COLD I could not sleep at all. Went down to ask for heat and they want almost the same price for the hotel to allow you to be warm (you must pay for heat). normally I can sleep without heat but the floors and the rooms here are so cold I could not even sleep. I am Canadian and I know cold so you can imagine how cold the rooms were. The night worker was so rude and refused to give me the remote for heat unless I pay. I've never been to a hotel where they refuse there guests heat. ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING IT IS STILL WINTER. THE TWO SINGLE Beds is a joke for someone who is any bigger then 5'11 my feet hang off and I have no room to move. The bedding and sheets/blanket do not heat you up If I include the air conditioning price I can go to an all inclusive hotel in alanya with heat and wifi and breakfast and be warm when I sleep. Look at other options because this one is not the place to go if your looking for hospitality and compassion. To make someone pay extra to be able to sleep in your hotel comfortably is pretty disgusting in my opinion. Air condition I understand you must pay for. But heat in the winter??? No mam. Checked in at 2 pm and checking out ASAP for a new hotel where I can actually sleep and not be freezing cold.

В целом нормально

Отличное расположение возле пляжа Клеопатры, в целом всё понравилось, отель конечно 3-х звездочный и он соответствует. У нас в номере была плесень на стене, мы попросили поменять номер, но нам сказали нет свободных номеров и покрасили нам эти участки стены. Завтраки скромные, но в принципе этого достаточно.

Giriş katı 105 numara oda verildi. Lavabo kırık, duvarlar, yerler pis. TV açılmıyordu.pencere çerçevesi bile açıkça köyü bir toz içinde,. Ayrıca gece boyunca çalışan makinalar da pencerenin dibindeydi. Uyuyamadik. Erken saatlerde de odayla ilgili sikayetimizi belirttik ama, boş oda yok dediler. Biraz izdirapli oldu konaklama
