Nice stay

Had a nice 8 days. Beds was hard, but asked for a topper and they came with it. Then beds were good :) food was okay. Good pizza. Nice service. Entertainment was good. Thumbs up to Burak the darts guy. He was great!

We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im AQI Pegasos Club! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Rezeption (Erhan, Nezaket, Bukett) für die herzliche Betreuung. Im Restaurant haben uns Orhan, Mehmet Ali, Burak, Can Hattab und Isa mit tollem Service begeistert. An der Lobby Bar sorgten Berfin und Cemil für beste Stimmung, an der Beach Bar war Halil immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch das Animations- und Sportprogramm mit Ricky vom Latino-Team und Olga beim Stretching immer mit guter Laune und Motivation. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im AQI Pegasos Club verbracht – einer weitläufigen Hotelanlage direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand der Türkischen Riviera. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft: ruhig, aber nicht abgelegen, mit einem sauberen, flach abfallenden Strand und herrlich klarem Wasser – ideal für Kinder und entspannte Badetage. Die Zimmer – in unserem Fall eine Family Suite im Hauptgebäude beim Empfangsbereich – sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Klimaanlage könnte etwas stärker sein. Viele Mitarbeitende, vor allem an der Rezeption oder an den Bars, sind freundlich und bemüht. Die Tassen und Gläser im Restaurant sind leider klein, was gerade bei All-Inclusive eher unpraktisch ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Gastronomie: Das Essen war durchweg lecker, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Die Buffets bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas, von traditionellen türkischen Speisen bis zu internationaler Küche, mit reichlich Auswahl bei Salaten, Hauptgerichten und Desserts. Geschmacklich auf jeden Fall über dem Durchschnitt für diese Preisklasse. Bei Pool & Strand zeigt sich das Hotel von zwei Seiten: Die Poolanlagen sind großzügig, gut verteilt und bieten auch für Kinder viel Abwechslung, vor allem durch den angrenzenden Aquapark. Der Strand ist sauber, schön angelegt und einfach traumhaft. Besonders positiv: Die Lifeguards verdienen ein großes Lob – sie sind sehr aufmerksam, professionell und jederzeit präsent. Das gibt vor allem Eltern ein gutes Gefühl.

Schönes Familienhotel direkt am traumhaften Sandstrand. Große Poolanlage, abwechslungsreiches Essen und kinderfreundliches Angebot. Acces an 3 Hotels Royal, Club und Resort man kann im Bars trinken und polls schwimmen aber nicht Essen. Personal ist freundlich, Zimmer teils etwas veraltet. WLAN ist Free, Ideal für Familien – weniger für Ruhesuchende. Wir hatten Familienzimmer mit Meerblick. Richtig schön. Empfehlen wir weiter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts es in Avasallar oder direkt gegenüber des Hotels aber man muss verhandeln und auf die Qualität achten.

Rezeption MA unfreundlich, restliche MA sehr freundlich, Anlage sehr sauber sehr gepflegt, das Meer und der Strand sind Traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind ok, das Hotel ist extrem voll, kaum Platz bzw. Liegen sind alle belegt. Typisches Problem, liegen werden mit Handtüchern belegt/besetzt, aber es kommt keiner, Hauptsache Handtuch liegt. Poolanlage für die Menschenmenge/Andrang sehr klein. Essen trinken top, alles dabei was das Herz begehrt.

Çocuklarımızla Aile Tatili

Otelin konumu ve alan kullanımı gayet güzel. 3 otelin aynı tesis içinde olması be tüm alanların kullanılması hoşumuza gitti. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve saygılı özellikle restaurant ve havuz bar personelleri çok ilgili ve yardım severdi. Tesis temizliği aktiviteler plaj konumu genel olarak hoşumuza gitti . Tekrar ziyaret etmek isteyebileceğimiz bir otel. Sadece tatilimizi uzatmak istediğimizde daha yüksek bir ödeme yaparak uzattık ve 2 gece uzatma yapamadıklarını yönetim onayı gerektiğini söylediler. Fazla ödeme yapmak ve bu süreçle ilgili uğraşmak yordu bizi onun dışında nezih ve keyifli bir otel.

Als wir am Hotel angekommen sind , hat uns die Rezeption sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren sofort hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich vorallem Orhan, Mehmet ali, Burak, Esra, Isa und Bahar. An der Sunset Beach Bar war der Halil sehr fleißig und freundlich. Beim Entertainment haben Olga und Beth die Stretching Stunde sehr gut durchgeführt und Nachmittags bei der Latino Stunde hat Ricky den Kurs so gestaltet das man gut mitgekommen ist und das man sehr viel Spaß hatte. An der Lobby Bar haben Ferhat und Halil unsere Getränk Wünsche erfüllt und waren sehr freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Eisdiele waren auch sehr freundlich. Im Gesamten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub! Wir danken allen für den schönen Aufenthalt und können es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Het is een gezinsvriendelijk hotel met een goede ligging aan het strand en genoeg keuze aan animatie avond voorstellingen omdat de gasten de faciliteiten van 3 verschillende hotels mogen gebruiken. De familiekamer is voldoende qua grote en interieur, zelf veel beter dan op de foto’s. Minder punten voor ons is de dagelijks schoonmaak diensten. Het is minder aandacht besteed, vooral van het schoonmaken van de badkamer.

Otel çok eski odalar küçük asansörler çok eski özellikle engelliler için uygun değil çok küçük, aile odalarının ikinci bölmesi tam bir komedi ortak koridora açılan iki cam ve bu camlardan sabaha kadar koridor ışıkları geliyor ve uyumanın mümkün değil. aynı zamanda gürültüde aynı şekilde odada tek TV var ve oda odanın en köşesinde konum olarak çok kötü izlerken çok zorlanıyorsunuz. Denize yakın olması avantaj. Havuzlar ve yemekleri fena değil özelikle genç personel çok iyi alakalı gerisi otel olarak vasat diyebilirim. Personelden levent ve Alperen başta olmak üzere hepsi çok yakın ilgili ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlar. Özetle personel olarak iyi fakat gerisi vasat....
