Most importantly, the staff were doing the best they could. Red Roof Inn needs to invest some money to update and refurbish the hotel, and hire sufficient housekeeping staff. We were looking for a budget hotel, and have previously stayed at Red Roof. Nothing fancy, but clean and well-maintained. This location damaged their reputation.

The room has been updated beautifully, the breakfast area was very clean with a great selection, Antonio who checked us in was really helpful and friendly. The only down si the bathrooms need an update, which I believe they are in the process of. The price was excellant and so was the location.

Great Hotel

The hotel is located on a quiet street close to 87 and shopping. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel provided a complementary breakfast. I would definitely reserve a room at the Red Roof again!

Overall we had a decent stay. The staff was great. My lower rating for the area is because there were some derelict buildings next door, not that the hotel could do anything. If we ever visit again I would stay there.

This Red Roof Inn offers large, clean rooms with exceptional service. Had a couple small issues (TV, business center) and Nick, who was on the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. There is no doubt Nick is a huge asset for the hotel.
