“Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response.
When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle of but a simple smile and I will be with you in a minute would have gone a long way after a long journey”
