"Great location. Room was small but well laid out. Our conditioner bottle was never filled in the shower, the cleaning staff left our door open (or it was open when we got home in the evening after the cleaning staff had been present, so we assume it was them), and the front desk staff wasn't clear about the fitness room when we checked in. Other than that the coffee in the morning was nice and it worked out great for us."

"This stay is about the location, right in the theater district and middle of the excitement of Times Square. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our air conditioner was not working right when we arrived on a hot day, they sent up the maintenance guy right away and got it working. there was literally a tiny screw that that had fallen out of the thermostat and even after he got it going, about an hour later he came back with a replacement screw and made sure it wouldn't happen again. it was a small but very clean room, bed was good, bathroom small but very nice and clean with a great shower. This is an old hotel and it could use a surface update, but we were very pleased with our stay, and will probably stay again when in NYC."
