"Overall a great stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts. Hotel is a little tired, but rooms clean and bed comfortable. Location perfect for Aldeburgh town and beachfront. Parking is free at the hotel or on the roads outside."

"Room was small and a bit dated but a large balcony and we were lucky with the sunshine so we did sit out for a while each day. It would be beautiful in the summer ! That said the hotel is lovely, comfortable with lots of lively places to sit and read. The food is excellent - fantastic meal three ..."

"Lovely house. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location. Central to Everything. Spotlessly clean. Everything that we needed. Bed comfortable. Lovely to wake up and see the sea from bed. Great shower with good towels. Great communication from owners."

Some attention required!
"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit ..."
