"Studio Apartments in 3201-3239 was disgusting and never updated from 1970's when built. Furniture was old, curtains and linens frayed and faded. Bath rusty. We updated at extra expense to us to Apartment 2186 curtains and bedding torn and faded, blanket old and worn didnt look to clean but was dark blue so could not be sure. Cooker was old, beds creaked at every move"
