Expedia me engaĆ±Ć³: Valoro el esfuerzo que el hotel estĆ” haciendo por mantenerse en funcionamiento despuĆ©s de los graves daƱos ocasionados por la DANA de hace un aƱo. Incluso han habilitado una secciĆ³n para poder recibir a clientes como yo, lo cual demuestra compromiso por parte de la administraciĆ³n. Sin embargo, la experiencia no corresponde con lo que se muestra en las fotos al momento de hacer la reserva. AllĆ­ se publicitan instalaciones modernas, de un IBIS nuevo y en perfectas condiciones, pero lo que uno encuentra es distinto: habitaciones viejas y en mal estado (al menos la que me tocĆ³), con baƱos y sistemas de aire acondicionado apenas funcionando. AdemĆ”s, la recepciĆ³n estĆ” ubicada en un contenedor y muchos de los servicios habituales no estĆ”n disponibles, algo que no se advierte claramente al momento de reservar. Creo que serĆ­a mucho mĆ”s justo informar con transparencia a los clientes sobre esta situaciĆ³n. Personalmente, yo hubiera estado dispuesto a apoyar quedĆ”ndome en condiciones precarias, siempre y cuando hubiera estado preparado y bien informado desde el inicio. Reconozco el esfuerzo del personal, que hace lo mejor posible en un contexto complicado, mientras continĆŗan los trabajos de reparaciĆ³n en el edificio principal.

Das Hotel war im vorigen Jahr komplett Ć¼berflutet. Bewohnbare Zimmer gibt es nur im 1. und 2. stock. Nur Ć¼ber Treppen erreichbar. Erdgeschoss und groƟe Teile des Parkplatzes sind Baustelle. Der parkraum ist sehr beengt. Eine notdĆ¼rftige Rezeption ist eingerichtet. Restaurant und Bar nicht mehr vorhanden. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist ein notbehelf und besteht aus Wasser oder Saft, einem StĆ¼ck GebƤck und Kaffee aus dem Automat zur Selbstbedienung. DafĆ¼r kostenlos und auf den zimmerpreis gibtā€™s einen kleinen Rabatt. HƤtten wir das alles bei der Buchung gewusst, ganz sicher hƤtten wir ein anderes Hotel gewƤhlt.

SĆ©jour correct, reproche, une seule serviette par personne (serviette bain pas gĆ©ante) en principe deux serviettes par personne (1 petite + bain). Petit dĆ©jeuner bien et variĆ©, mais rien de chaud. Pour une prestation Ć  + de 100ā‚¬ par jour, cela en septembre. Je trouve que c'est trĆØs cher. Chambre mal conƧue, quand on ouvre la porte de la salle de bain, la lumiĆØre trĆØs forte Ć©claire le lit et rĆ©veille l'autre personne qui dort!

You need to have a car. Alfafar is a different city and the taxi is very expensive. The transportation to Valencia is not comfortable either. You will get problems as well if you do not speak Spanish.
