Algarve, Portugal hotel rooms at the Atiram Hotels

"Lovely superior room overlooking the beach in the Praia hotel (note that there are 2 different buildings, so the cheaper rooms are not on in the beachside building). Fell asleep listening to the waves each night. Be aware that the bathroom ‘wall’ is a half-frosted glass pane (though the toilet is separated). Not an issue if you’re close to the person you’re sharing the room with! Breakfast was good but not great. Worth including at the discounted rate but definitely not worth the €22 on the day! Overall, the rooms are great value for money, and we would stay here again, but only in the superior rooms in the ‘Praia’ hotel. "

"The hotel has a 5 star feel about it. The breakfast is extensive, lots of choice with lovely fresh fruit. The room was well situated with a lovely view of the pool and sea. The light switches did prove challenging and the cupboard handles were “different”. Loved the extensive wild garden. We feel that the water bottles should be refillable. The gym area was the other side of the road and did feel tired. We would recommend the hotel and will return. "

"Room was ok .if im being pickey slirting boards and corners were dirty. Staff at check in and breakfast were loverly the cleaners . Didnt speak at all . Even when we spoke .breakfast on sat was freezing cold. Not even late so no excuses .second day better."
