Amazing Staff- the best!
Beautiful hotel and surroundings, especially comfortable beds! Rooms nicely stocked and coffee excellent . The highest ratings are for the very professional, polite, kind and responsive staff. We especially loved and appreciated Iara at the front desk and Giorgios (not spelled right) who are both a huge asset for the hotel! Hope to see them next trip!

Was part of the 500 flights that were canceled and had to find a hotel after 8 hours in the airport. It was a true pleasure to discover the Conrad. The stunning drive ions to a speculatular lobby and exceptional staff. My room large and the bed comfortable. It was a beautiful respite.

Our luxury room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring an immaculate, well-stocked bathroom with vanity kits for both genders. The double bed ensured a peaceful rest. Room cleanliness and turndown service were flawless, with a personal touch from the cleaning personnel. The concierge service was invaluable, assisting with reservations and making our experience seamless. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic selection of delicious food, served by attentive staff. The world-class spa with indoor and outdoor pools provided top-notch, rejuvenating treatments. Conrad Algarve has two exceptional outdoor pool areas, one for families and one tranquil zone for adults. I normally stay in vilamoura at the lakes (now called the dome) hotel and have always enjoyed myself and thought it was a great hotel. I wanted to try somewhere else this time so decided on the Conrad. This Conrad is definately a step up from the Lakes/Domes hotel and this will now be my go to hotel. The hotel is beautiful and feels like a 5* hotel with excellent facilities. Food and staff were amazing and the location is glorious.

Conrad Hotel - Absolutely Fabulous
We always stay at the fabulous Conrad Hotel in Quinta Do Lago and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. In our opinion the Conrad is one of the nicest hotels on the Algarve. The service in particular is impeccable and the property has all the amenities that you could want from a five star resort.(including Gaucho’s which is amazing) We have returned here several times and would certainly recommend to anyone considering any type of break whether that be short or long. It really is one of the best so don’t hesitate to try, you will be made very welcome.

Beyond Fabulous Hotel

Staff were unbelievably helpful, happy and nothing was too much trouble. Receptionist who checked us in, realised from our passports that it was my sons birthday half way through our stay and organised chocolate cake and fizz for the room on the day. Fantastic service all round.
