It was a nice hotel although March when we stayed so the pool wasn't open. Rooms were clean. Depending on which person at the desk you talk to, some were helpful. If I go back I would probably stay again.

Vila gale tavira
We chose this hotel because we have stayed in another one and also visited another location to check it out. The mattresses were definitely not up to the chains standards and many ants in the bathroom. Breakfast didn't have as many choices as we had remembered from before but the hotel was full so maybe was running low on supplies. Parking is an extra fee.

We were disappointed to find that we had to pay for parking in the underground carpark and also for the safe considering it was a 4* hotel. Breakfast time was a bit of a shambles with stuff running out and wobbly tables.The quality of the towels in the bathroom were very thin and not particularly large, not the quality I’ve experienced in other 4* hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay and an excellent location.
The hotel was busy with groups which made the breakfast staff overstretched. The swing doors in corridors and on entering the dining room need to be changed. There were instances of elderly customers almost being knocked over.

Excellent hotel and location
Excellent hotel and location. High quality food buffet for breakfast and evening meal. Bar food and drink reasonably priced Central to everything. Excellent holiday very relaxing! If staying again would ask for room not over bar area - not a huge problem though just our preference

Aspetos a melhorar
O equipamento de ar condicionado do hotel está com problemas: nos corredores e elevador o calor era insuportavel. Existem grandes envidracados sem qualquer sombreamento, sobretudo nas casas de banho e corredores do piso terreo, o que é muito desagradavel - notar bem: a temperatura exterior era amena (25 C) e mesmo assim as temperaturas ineriores eram demasiado altas em alguns locais do hotel. Ficamos num quarto numa ponta do corredor, para apnhar o elevador tinhamos grandes distancias para percorrer, o que nao é razoavel. As portas das escadas de acesso aos pisos superiores e inferiores - muito usadas por causa das grandes distancias aos elevadores, batiam com enorme ruido, fomos acordados por esses fortes batimentos constantes. O pessoal do pequeno almoco era simpatico e cordial mas tinhamos de fazer fila, o que nao nos pareceu necessario pois havia varias mesas disponiveis, a organizacao poderia ser melhor.

O pequeno almoço é muito bom, com muita variedade. Contudo, os quartos precisam de ser remodelados. A cama não é confortável, o armário para acesso ao mini-bar não abria. A janela para acesso à varanda não abria. E ainda cobram uma taxa por dia para a utilização do cofre do quarto!!! Não se justifica num hotel destes. Ficou muito aquém das expectativas.

Best Hotel ever!
It was amazing stay. This is the best hotel in whole Algavre. Great localization, amazing breakfast, superb indoor and outdoor pools. Staff hits the highest standards. Christiano is massage-guru - you should try spa services at the hotel. Everything is perfect here from cleaning service to the reception girls. We are gratefull for amazing stay and birthday gift for my wife - you’ve made our holiday amazing!!!

Overall Lovely
Professional Hotel staff. Great location, walking distance to the whole city. Nice pool with entertainment but chilly because it's unheated. Our balcony had fantastic, fragrant white flowers in planters. Really nice breakfast buffet. Overall a pleasent stay and fair price since it included breakfast.
