The furniture is very old and ugly Everything is mal functioning the AC, Bathroom, doors, etc…. They prevent you from bringing anything from outside even water Children less than 15 years are not allowed for pool It is really my worst experience ever!! Never stay at this hotel for your safety and comfort.

Allez-y pour un verre, pas pour une nuit!

L'hôtel est magnifique, avec les céramiques, mosaïques, et décor, avec un beau jardin. La chambre est grande et somme toute jolie. Mais le rêve s'arrête là! Le personnel est peu accueillant et préfère parler fort entre eux que de saluer ou de s’occuper de leurs clients. La proprété laisse à désirer. Les draps de mon lit avaient des poils! Les installations vieilles, les rideaux troués et tachés, le pommeau de douche brisé, et pas de rideaux de douche. Le déjeuner aussi décevant, un seul fruits frais et des viennoiseries sèches. Pour le nettoyage après un client, ils font simplement virés le napperon en plastique de côté! Allez-y pour un verre, pour profiter du jardin, mais pas pour une nuit!

L'hôtel est est un chef-d'œuvre, malheureusement sa gestion reste à revoir, pourquoi ? D'abord il y'avait une seule réceptionniste ce qui a retardé la réception de notre chambre tardive ensuite, le soir beaucoup de bruits occasionnés par les claxons de voitures et hausse de voix par les agents qui voulaient gérer un cortège de mariage.

Bien dommage que l’hôtel soit ainsi à l’abandon vs le prix qu’on paye pour une nuitée… Les chambres sont à refaire en toute urgence. Mauvaise isolation, système de climatisation nul, moquette qui sent le tabac froid et taché. Le service est très bien, le restaurant pour manger des plats traditionnels algérien est pas mal aussi. Je remercie vivement la cuisinière du petit déjeuner qui prépare d’excellent msemen.
