One day stay
It was a good stay in general definitely coming back, the view from the restaurant is very beautiful and the receptionist that works there offered us coffee even though we missed breakfast.
Just I would insist on cleanliness
Very good business hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms with fantastic view over the bay of Algiers. Diversified breakfast buffet with many options and good quality of food. Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. Otherwise, everything perfect!
Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour.
Our suggestion... lots and lots of training!!!

Staff was a little unhelpful and tried to charge me for things such as spa ect, although I had already paid for the use of these, as i had all inclusive package.
They also complained that I didn’t book directly with them and tried to blame issues that I had, saying that I booked with expedia and should have booked directly with them….although I’m based in the U.K.
I doubt if I would be staying again

Check-in mentionné à 14h sur Hotels.com, arrivé sur place la réception nous indique une erreur et que le check in est a 15h et nous avons eu donc la chambre à 15h30. L'organisation et le personnel du ménage très désagréable par contre le personnel du restaurant au petit dejeuner trés agréable.
L'hôtel meriterait sa 5e étoile.
Le service est irréprochable.
Le petit dejeuner est trés varié et copieux et le restaurant offre une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Alger.

Je suis arrivé tard et j’ai mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel
Le restaurant propose un buffet qui est correct mais excessivement cher 6000 Dinars
C’est vraiment cher pour la prestation
Über Sauberkeit haben sie noch nie gehört. Frühstück ist schrecklich. Keine spricht Englisch. Als ich Omelette bestellt habe ohne Käse ohne Gemüse wurde mir jedes Mal mit Gemüse oder Käse gebracht.
Und einmal sogar mit Eierschale

Hotel molto ben tenuto, camere spaziose, silenziose e pulite. bella sala colazione/ristorante. palestra al minimo ma funzionale. unica "pecca" locato in un luogo un po' fuori mano, ma taxi disponibili sempre. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. personale gentile e disponibile. ci ritornerò.
J'ai vu des mauvais commentaires horribles sur les différentes plateformes et d'autres vraiment élogieux, je pense qu'il faut rétablir un peu la vérité et remettre les choses dans le contexte.
Le personnel est très très aimable contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, c'est peut être du au différents niveaux de nuances des différentes langues. Je n'ai que rarement l'occasion d'écrire sur le personnel est aussi aimable ! Et j'en ai fréquenté des hôtels !
Pour le côté négatif :
Pas la peine de changer les serviettes tout les jours, surtout dans un pays où il y a un problème de sécheresse et où il y a des restrictions de l'usage de l'eau.
Un savon solide peut être utilisé 3 jours, le changer est du pur gaspillage
La clim ne fonctionnait pas, elle soufflait de l'air chaud en permanence, je n'arrivais pas à l'éteindre, donc la clim chauffait et j'ouvrait les fenêtres pour aérer/rafraîchir, c'est dommage.
Il n'y a pas de moyen de bloquer l'ouverture des portes, et de petit papier pour ne pas être déranger.
Retour au positif : chambres spacieuses, propres, et hôtel bien positionné, a 5 minutes de la station de métro, laissez votre voiture et prenez le métro, ça sera beaucoup moins stressant et plus pratique 😄.
Et encore chapeau a tout le personnel, des agents de sécurités, de ceux a l'accueil, du restaurant (super les omelettes du petit dej) ainsi que les voituriers.
J'ai signalé chaque jours durant mon séjour que la TV de la 404 s'allumait tout seule plusieurs fois par nuit. Malgré des demandes chaque jour sur la résolution du problème, rien n'a été fait. Résultat, j'ai presque pas dormi pendant 3 jours.
Second séjour à Lamaraz, nous avons du changer 2 fois de chambre car la 1ere était très bruyante ( chambre communicante), la 2nd ne répondait pas à notre réservation, la réceptionniste Manel nous a surclassé bravo pour son professionnalisme, l’hôtel est top le petit déjeuner également mais il va falloir veuillez à l’entretien général….du au vieillissement mais à part cela très belle hôtel sur Alger, à faire

Je ne vois pas omment cet hôtel a de si bonnzsnite sur ce site. Franchement je regrette. Faut pas grand choses aux clients que cette baie vitrée. Mais le service laisse a désirer. Pas de café ou bar c'est le restaurant en fait. Un ascenseur qui met une plombe a venir. Une odeur insupportable dans l'armoire, sueur j'en sais rien et je ne veux pas savoir. A éviter absolument et ne pas se fier aux commentaires de hôtel.com
Rooms have no air conditioning, I had to sleep with my windows opened for 10 days, and the noise of the cars in the street would not let me rest properly. The cleaning staff for the first 2 days kept opening my room door even though there was a "do not disturb" sign at the door. The hotel could use more cleaning for the windows in the room and outside. Other than that the staff is friendly, respectful and very professional. The restaurant is amazing. Location is good, parking is not quite so. Few parking spaces below the hotel and very narrow. Still though I would rebook in this facility soon. The prayer every morning was peaceful and the view of the ocean from my window magnificent. The staff did everything they could to accommodate all my needs and were prompt to solve any issue that arrived. Very good property and service overall
Séjour de 3 nuits dans la suite paradis. Que dire d’autre que BRAVO. Accueil au top avec une mention spécial pour monsieur Halim et Myriam qui m'ont très bien accueilli. Vu sur la terrasse à couper le souffle. Femme de ménage très gentille et nettoyage de la chambre fait de manière professionnelle. Vous trouverez un SPA complet avec un jacuzzi de la taille d’une piscine magnifique. Un restaurant de qualité avec une superbe vue sur la baie d’alger. Hôtel proche de toute les commodité. L’hôtel propose aussi une navette lorsque l’on arrive ou que l’on quitte l’hôtel en direction de l’aéroport. Pour moi le meilleur hôtel d’Alger. C’est avec un grand plaisir que j’y reviendrai. Lamaraz sera mon hôtel attitré sur Alger. 12/10 pour cet hôtel où j’ai rarement vu un accueil de cette qualité.
