Our stay at this hotel was great! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was a highlight, with a nice tub that had jets. I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Alicante. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and itā€™s walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel is nice, with good size room. Location is perfect: close to the centre, without the buzz of being in the centre. The staff is scarce, and even if they're trying their best, it's not enough. Management is clearly very poor, and responsible for not staffing enough for their needs. Main issues: coffee maker was broken, which caused the water to pour over the cable. Very dangerous! The kettle was also malfunctioning. The shower shampoo and soap dispenser, didn't dispense anything: the size of the bottles were wrong. THERE'S A CLEAR LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY IN THIS HOTEL.
