"All staff were really helpful and the room was clean with unexpected extras like completely ear plugs, safe and a fridge with water, pop and a few snacks. A beautiful location in with canals and tourist attractions on the doorstep. Also a great base to get to Oosterhout parkrun. My room was a little tired with a cracked window and other mantinance bits with a steap staircase so not advisable for anyone with mobility isues but overall a great stay and would recommend and would stay again. X"

"This is a fantastic hotel if you’re planning to be out during the day - the building noise was, at times, awful and there’s no other place to be able to work from. A day of no water (known but not advised until the morning of the supply issue, and then only a notice in the elevators) meant no flushing toilets and no hand washing facilities - no alternatives were offered. "Picture are misleading, doesn't look like the place. Also had real bad info posted as proximity to AFAS live which was where I was working. They stated 3 miles from the hotel, it was actually 45 min drive. I booked this hotel based on location which was false. I had to change hotels to be closer to work and Hotel 5 absolutely refused reimburse me my next night stay even though their information was wrong and misleading."

"We had an amazing four nights here. Lisa on reception was very helpful and informative, she gave us some good advice and is a great ambassador of your establishment. All staff were informative and helpful. The location is perfect to access all areas of Amsterdam, you have a great transport system on your doorstep and with a travel card you can explore lots of lovely places. The hotel itself is very clean with a great reception area. The room was lovely and the kitchen is an added bonus. Highly recommend. "
