“property issues: Room #3: noisy rooms especially with adjoining doors, there was a family with kids next to us and it was noisy noisy noisy, drafty front door, no gasket to keep wind out, shower water pressure OK but shower head not working properly, came out like a garden hose, no hangers in closet could not hang up hiking clothes, (cafe/breakfast not open (they only tell you that once you book), pictures on website make the rooms look way better than they are. the only reason to stay here is...

I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...
