“Loved the location. Breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant across the way that was the affiliated with the hotel was also great. Stupid person that I am, I couldn’t figure out how to work the shades until the next morning and didn’t see any in the bathroom altho the window may have been glazed a bit. Make sure you figure all that out before you turn in for the night :)”

“This is a wonderful hotel set on a hill next to the vineyards … family run, their attention to detail shone everywhere. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and clean, as was the up-to-date bathroom attached. We had a small balcony off our room that was perfect to sit with a cold drink after arrival (though there are plenty of additional welcoming spots both inside and outside the hotel). “It’s a very quaint hotel in a medieval town. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and in the town of Bacharach. It was very romantic. The rooms have been renovated fairly recently. Amenities are very limited in the hotel and town. There’s no pool or hot tub. But they do have a nice breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second or third floor so be prepared to carry up and down your luggage.”
