“I didn't expect the view from terrace, but it was stunning! And the breakfast was good. Parking was just across the street. I was unable to use, but it has spa. The restaurant is somewhat high priced compared to restaurants at next-doors. Anyway, my main attention was on the Neuschwanstein castle, it is quite away from the castle, but the lake view gave me additional pleasure on the visit to Fussen.”

“Ein tolles Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Frisches, qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Frühstück, sehr guter Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

Peace and quiet (except for the cowbells😀) Some suggestion for improvement: (Small) Refridgerator in the room Airconditioning (room temperature was hot)”

“Sehr freundliches Team und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Bett war für uns leider zu weich. Daraufhin hat sich der Chef persönlich um neue Matratzen bemüht und die zu weichen ausgetauscht. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Da kann man wahrlich von erstklassigem Service sprechen.”

“Mitarbeitende sehr (natürlich) freundlich. Trotz Spätanreise gab's noch was zu essen. Großzügiges Zimmer-upgrade trotz Expedia-Aktionspreis. Zimmerausstattung und Gesamtambiente des Hauses und der Außenanlagen top! VV: Fragebogen auslegen, um kleine Mängel unkompliziert mitzuteilen; bspw leerer Seifenspender im Bad, Beleuchtung im Bad... ”
