"Beautiful hotel and well situated"

"The initial greeting at reception was excellent and simple. The room was quiet with easy access to the elevator. Breakfast was available but when we arrived for breakfast there was a crush of people jamming the lobby. probably with a bus tour would have been nice to know that in advance. as a result there were no tables available so we settled for a coffee a couple of muffins and a yogurt back in our room. TV reception for many channels was horrendous, either stop:start wifi like delays evident and rendering the program unwatchable. Thankfully there were World Cup channel worked fine. Not the best location to access downtown by foot."

"Just as it says in listing. No surprises. Parking was very close and convenient to the building we stayed in. We were on the street side so a little noisy but the customer service, full kitchen, decor, size of room is exceptional. The air conditioner could be larger and it was a little noisy and probably misplaced as it is in window right beside the bed. I am 5'3" and had trouble getting up into bed as it is quite high. I can't recall because we stayed at 8 different hotels in 14 days whether this hotel had a grab handle in the shower/tub. Only 2 locations had grab handles which is a serious safety issue"

"Good facility with great staff but unfortunately our motorcycle hard cover luggage bag was riffled at night and a number of items were stolen. There are homeless encampments in the area . I believe that the hotel needs more active security as our bike was parked on their top lot near their entrance. The desk staff were very helpful reviewing the lot video for the police report. We were given a discount on our stay very kind of the hotel, as they were truly concerned about this incident."
