"Great breakfast, nice common areas, including the pool on the top floor. Friendly staff. However, the room itself was a real disappointment. The windows opened onto a small internal light well and, as a result, the room was dark and felt claustrophobic. Despite bright sunshine outside, we had to keep the lights on all the time. We were offered an alternative but very small. This left us with very mixed feelings. The room was not cheap and it felt poor value."
