"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."

Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."

The staff was non-existent and unapproachable at times, even for basic questions. It’s a great budget option, but do manage your expectations!"

The breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of options for everyone, and the pool was a highlight—perfect for both children and adults. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; when the family suite was unavailable, they quickly found a perfect alternative for us. Highly recommend for a comfortable and family-friendly stay."
