4 adults, 2 rooms for 5 nights. We loved the friendly and very helpful front desk staff (Vanessa) and appreciated the very comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were very clean and fresh with an updated bathroom and a balcony. It was wonderful to have free access to the heated ski storage room as well. ---- What we would suggest for improvements are to change the door locking system from a big, bulky key to a computer card. In order to lock the door, you must use the metal key from the inside. When you are issued only 1 key, this is a safety and privacy issue. If there was a fire and you are locked in your room from the inside, scrambling to find the key could be catastrophic. So you must keep the key in the lock for safety. Having only 1 key is also a problem to go in and out of the room separately and if one person stays in the room (you want to lock the door so no one can come in-- you must have key on inside). Now the other person (who does not have a key, can not come and go quietly). The real disappointment was the coffee, cappuccino, espresso. It was the most bitter and burnt tasting I have ever had. Our group of 4 adults could not drink it no matter how much sugar, milk and a pinch of salt we tried. The orange juice was also a bit sad as it was wattered down to a very light color. --- Positively, we ate at the restaurant one evening and the waiter was very friendly and checked on us often. Our food arrived quickly and at the same time, hot and delicious!

Sehr positiv: Sehr nette und gepflegte Unterkunft, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Personal war sehr freundlich, Terrasse war ebenso nicht schön. Manko: Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch, Semmeln nicht frisch. Doppelbett war kein Doppelbett, sondern zusammengeschobene Betten, die über einen Spalt in der Mitte hatten.

Restauranten var lidt af en oplevelse - det tog 2 timer at få serveret 2 x anbefalet husets ret - og en halv time at få lov til at betale. Ja, det kunne lyde som brok - men men sådan var det også sidste gang vi besøgte Restauranten - så vi kommer nok ikke igen. Hotellet er ellers ganske fint med dejlig morgenmadsbuffet😊

Sehr schönes Hotel die Sterne sind unterbewertet. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, die ZIimer neu renoviert und gemütlich. Das Hotel sehr schick und das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und preislich gut.

Relativ kleines, aber sehr gut geführtes Gasthaus. Liegt sehr nahe an einer stark befahrenen Landstraße, was aber für uns keinen Nachteil darstellte, denn dadurch kamen wir schnell in die Skigebiete. Der Skibus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Alles sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und super in Schuss.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre

Tolles Hotel mit Altbau und Neubau. Aber auch im altbau hatten wir ein neu renoviertes schönes Zimmer. Schöne Atmosphäre, sehr zuvorkommender Service. Auch Umbuchung auf größeres Zimmer war gar kein Problem. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.:-)

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich

Ein schönes, recht neu renoviertes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich. Das Essen in dem anliegenden Restaurant ist auch hervorragend! Das einzige Manko ist, dass das Hotel direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt. Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass das Ausleihen eines Bademantels 10€ kostet (also lieber den eigenen mitnehmen).

Nettes Hotel, Std. Zimmer zu teuer

Etwas verschachteltes Hotel (erweitert) mit gutem Restaurant und akzeptablen Preisen. Standardzimmer sehr klein, schmales Doppelbett, einfacher Schrank. Bad und Dusche zwar getrennt, aber für den Preis enfach zu wenig komfort im Bad und im Zimmer. Einfache Armaturen in Dusche und Waschbecken. Bei der Dusche kam es auf den Millimeter an, ob das Wasser zu heiß wurde oder zu kalt. Service war, zumindest bei unserer Ankunft, schlecht: Keine Handtücher am Zimmer, keine Kleiderbügel, keine Decke, kein Telefon am Zimmer, dafür WLan. Aber man kann halt nicht anrufen, dass etwas am Zimmer fehlt.. Neuer "Wellness-Bereich" mit Sauna und ansprechendem Ruheraum. Fitnessraum. Beides aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt. mit Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen entschädigte etwas. Gute Auswahl, schöner Raum.
